Rollon Corp, a global leader in linear motion systems, has launched the HVC-MG and H1C-MG telescopic rails. The new MG version integrates magnets that allow sequential opening of the rail elements, improving load management, smoother extension, and increased durability under intensive operating conditions.
The company previously introduced this technology on the HGT range and is now extending it to additional telescopic rail families. According to Andrea Tosi, vice president of technology at Rollon, the integrated magnets enable an ideal combination of high load capacity and smooth, controlled motion. The MG version is available for Sizes 54 and 68 of HVC and for Size 68 of H1C, and features a redesigned ball cage with reduced pitch combined with end blocks incorporating internal magnets. The reduced pitch increases the number of balls within the same cage length, resulting in higher load capacity without changes to overall dimensions. The integrated magnets also enable a defined motion sequence of the rail elements during extension, improving control and reducing the force required to open the rail, which helps improve overall ergonomics and optimized load distribution.
