At RoboBusiness 2026, AGIBOT’s head of North America and product lead, Yinghao Song, will outline a strategic blueprint for moving advanced robotics from pilot projects to global go-to-market execution. The talk, titled “Scaling Humanoids from Lab to Real-World Deployment,” addresses the systemic challenge of deploying hardware capable of operating in complex human environments—a bottleneck that extends beyond algorithm training.
AGIBOT, described as a global developer in embodied AI and full-spectrum robotic systems, draws on its experience with rapid scaling to inform the session. Song will discuss the investment logic driving the humanoid and quadruped sectors, the supply chain dynamics required to reach mass-production inflection points, and the ROI frameworks enterprises demand before integration.

Song will also address the software-hardware gap, explaining how modular software stacks and open software development kits (SDKs) enable partners to deploy full-size humanoids and highly dexterous hands across automotive, manufacturing, logistics, and unstructured research environments. The event takes place Oct. 20 and 21 in Santa Clara, Calif., with Song’s presentation scheduled for the first day at 1:15 p.m. PT. Song holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, combining technical acumen with commercial strategy.
